Taking the First Step
Congratulations! You decided that you want to remodel your home. The first question the probably comes in minds is "OK. So where do we start?"
We, at Oak Park Construction, believe that knowledge is the key to understanding your home improvement process and that by providing you with this valuable information, we assist you with making educated, wise decisions.
When you are ready, contact us to schedule a free consultation appointment with one of our project managers at your home. To assure the success of our consultation meeting, we ask that both homeowners will be present at this meeting and will allow 60-90 minutes.
During your free consultation, our project manage will learn more about your remodeling need, requirements, visions, and budget frame and will provide information about the various options available.
Information includes:
- An overview of latest trends in home improvements
- A description of our advanced building methods and building materials
- A presentation of previous projects we did including photos and floor plans
- First sketches and designs of your project
- Time frame estimate
- A price quote based on labor and materials estimates
Upon your approval, our team manager will present a copy of the contract for you to review and sign. The contract will include a the general terms and conditions as well as a detailed description of the project, building materials to be used, time frames, and pricings.
Please Note: Signing the contract requires an upfront payment of a 10% deposit or $1000 (the lower).
